Job Title: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Sales & Operations Lead – Farm Produce

About Us:
Tatva Hills Agro is a nature-powered FMCG venture rooted in the hills of Uttarakhand. We grow premium, chemical-free produce like Lakadong turmeric, garlic, peaches, and more — with a deep commitment to purity, provenance, and purpose. We are now building our Delhi consumer base and looking for someone to help bring the farm closer to the fork.
What You'll Do:
As the D2C Sales & Operations Lead , you will be the end-to-end owner of how Tatva Hills' fresh farm produce reaches consumers across Delhi. This is a high-ownership role spanning planning, coordination, and customer-facing work.
Responsibilities:
Production & Inventory Coordination:
- Sync with the farm team to plan weekly/seasonal harvests based on demand
- Track inventory and freshness levels; forecast product availability
Logistics & Fulfilment:
- Coordinate delivery schedules with local transporters or third-party partners
- Ensure timely, cold-chain (if needed), and efficient delivery to customers
Pricing & Sales Strategy:
- Set pricing for SKUs with input from farm economics, local market rates & margins
- Develop weekly/monthly sales targets and promotions
Marketing & Consumer Outreach:
- Work with the marketing team to run WhatsApp, Instagram, and offline campaigns
- Drive trials via community activations, pop-ups, or apartment-level sales
Order & Customer Management:
- Handle inbound customer queries, take bulk orders, and solve fulfilment issues
- Ensure smooth payment, invoicing, and repeat order flow
What We're Looking For:
- 2–5 years experience in operations/sales/supply chain roles, preferably in D2C, FMCG, or agri-startups
- Strong coordination skills across teams (farm, logistics, marketing)
- Entrepreneurial mindset – you'll be a mini-CEO of this vertical
- Comfortable with fieldwork, warehouse visits, and occasional weekend drives
