About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Product Manager – Payments Hub
to lead the strategy, development, and evolution of our payment processing platform. This role requires
deep expertise in ACH and Wire transfers
, with exposure to
RTP, FedNow, and card payment networks
. You will collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, and business teams to define the roadmap, deliver scalable solutions, and drive adoption across financial institutions and payment partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the
    product strategy and roadmap
    for the Payments Hub, ensuring alignment with customer needs and regulatory standards.
  • Lead the
    end-to-end product lifecycle
    – from ideation to deployment – with a strong focus on
    security, scalability, and real-time processing
    .
  • Develop
    functional specifications
    for ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, and card payment integrations across banks and payment networks.
  • Partner with engineering to design
    APIs, workflows, and transaction rules
    that meet compliance and operational requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to
    Nacha, FedWire, and card network standards
    .
  • Define and track
    KPIs
    such as success rates, processing speed, and fraud detection to improve platform performance.
  • Build relationships with
    banks, payment networks, and fintech partners
    to drive integrations and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of
    emerging trends
    in real-time payments, digital wallets, and open banking to shape future product direction.

Requirements

  • 10+ years
    of experience in
    payments product management
    within a financial institution, fintech, or payment processor.
  • Deep expertise
    in ACH & Wire transfers (Nacha rules, FedWire operations).
  • Hands-on experience with
    RTP, FedNow, and card issuing/processing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    payment network integrations, ISO 20022 messaging, and API-based payment systems
    .
  • Familiarity with
    regulatory compliance, fraud detection, and risk management
    .
  • Proven ability to
    translate business needs into technical requirements
    .
  • Strong
    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    with stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrated success in
    delivering complex payment solutions
    in collaboration with engineering and compliance teams.
  • Strong Communication, interaction with international and middle east client
