ResponsibilitiesDoing quantity Survey / Takeoff using onscreen takeoff software like OnCenter, PlanSwift and other similar software.Consults with our client as necessary for TAKEOFF on certain bids as requiredGenerates detailed TAKEOFF / Quantity Survey reports including all applicable exclusions and qualifications.Attends scope review meetings with Chief estimator and/or other team members.Performs internal “kick-off” meeting with operations team upon successful awardsGenerates queries / RFIs as required during bidding
EducationBE Degree or ArchitectsQualificationsFresher for Trainee position2 to 5 years of experience in OnScreen TakeoffOnscreen takeoff or other estimating software experience
Skills must have:Excellent English communication skills verbal and writtenKnowledge of blueprint readingSolves problems effectively
