What You'll Do

Conduct
quality checks
on gemstones (precious & semi-precious) – authenticity, grading, treatments & inclusions.

Maintain
QC reports & certifications
.

Assist customers by
explaining gemstone characteristics, authenticity & benefits
.

Provide technical support to the
sales & customer support teams
.

Coordinate with sourcing & inventory for
procurement and verification
.

Ensure gemstones meet
Divinelane's quality standards
before dispatch.

What We're Looking For

Graduate / Diploma / Certification in
Gemmology
(GIA / IGI / equivalent preferred).

1–3 years of experience in gemstone
testing, grading, or related work
.

Strong communication skills (Hindi / English / Marathi).

Knowledge of gemstone
treatments & certifications
.

Customer-centric, detail-oriented, and
passionate about gemstones
.
