Role Objective We are hiring a result-oriented E-commerce Advertising Specialist to scale and optimize paid advertising efforts across Amazon and Flipkart. This role requires deep platform expertise, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) while aligning with brand positioning and sales goals. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through performance marketing, campaign optimization, and cross-functional alignment with merchandising and sales teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Campaign Planning & Execution • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Amazon & Flipkart (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, PLA, PCA). • Handle end-to-end execution from campaign setup to optimization and reporting. 2. Performance Optimization • Monitor key metrics like CTR, CVR, CPC, ACOS, and ROAS. • Continuously A/B test creative, targeting, placements, and budgets for performance improvement. • Scale high-performing campaigns and pause underperformers based on data-driven insights. 3. Reporting & Insights • Generate weekly performance dashboards using marketplace tools and internal analytics. • Analyse campaign data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities. • Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders to inform product visibility and promotion strategies. 4. Strategy Alignment • Work closely with the content, creative, and category teams to align ad strategy with brand guidelines and sales targets. • Leverage seasonal trends and sale events to plan timely promotions and ad blitzes. 5. Marketplace Trends & Tools • Stay up to date with the latest features, tools, algorithm changes, and best practices on Amazon & Flipkart. • Evaluate new beta features, automation tools, or third-party platforms to boost ad efficiency.
