Job Description We are looking for a Chief Technology and Product Officer to join our leadership team and help drive our technology and product strategy to the next level. Job Summary: The Chief Technology and Product Officer will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the company’s technology and product strategy. This individual will work closely with other executive team members, including the CEO, to develop a cohesive and innovative vision for the company’s technology and product offerings. The Chief Technology and Product Officer will lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a technology strategy to improve our company's overall performance and market competitiveness, focusing on innovation. • Lead and mentor a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Work closely with the executive team to identify and prioritise new technology and product initiatives. • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop go-to-market strategies for new products and services.  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that the company remains at the forefront of innovation in the travel industry. • Develop and manage the technology and product budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve business goals. • Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s technology infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and reliable. • Ensure that the company’s technology and product offerings comply with relevant laws and regulations, such as data privacy and security regulations. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in technology and product development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.  • Proven track record of delivering innovative products and solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, product design, and user experience design. • Strong business acumen and experience working closely with senior executives to develop and execute technology and product strategies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience working with AI technologies and developing AI-powered products is strongly preferred. • Experience with cloud-based technologies and platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is strongly preferred. • Experience working in the travel industry is preferred but optional.
