Role Description

We need Operations professionals who are experts at Google Sheets and Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards) and love solving problems at scale. Engineering graduates preferred.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience in Insurance Broking industry or TPA will be plus
