Responsibilities:

  • Followup on leads and actively enroll new clients into our financialplanningservices.
  • Establishtieups with organizations and associations to conduct educativewebinars seminars and other lead generationactivities.
  • Coordinateand conduct various lead generation activities to expand the clientbase.
  • Ensuretimely delivery of services and solutions to existingclients.
  • Collaboratewith financial planners and operations team to provide promptservice and ensure clientsatisfaction.
  • Maintainaccurate client records including updates and reports in CRM andother relevantsystems.
  • Workclosely with financial planners to secure service renewals fromexisting clients and enhance clientretention.
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and developments to effectivelycommunicate the value proposition of ourservices.
  • Contributeto the development of marketing strategies and materials to supportbusiness developmentefforts.
  • Participatein regular meetings and training sessions to enhance productknowledge and salesskills.
  • Adhereto company policies procedures and ethical standards in allinteractions with clients andstakeholders.

Requirements Minimumof 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry preferably inbusiness development or financial planningroles.

Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills to engage with clientseffectively andstakeholders.
Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and driving businessgrowth.
Excellentnetworking abilities to establish and maintain relationships withpotential clients andpartners.
Knowledgeof financial products and services including investment optionsinsurance and retirementplanning.
Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic andfastpacedenvironment.
Proficiencyin using CRM software and other relevant tools for clientmanagement andreporting.
Resultsorientedmindset with a focus on delivering highquality service andexceeding clientexpectations.
Flexibilityto adapt to changing market conditions and businesspriorities.
