Our mission is to build a reliable renewable power infrastructure to accelerate a sustainable future.Position: Accounts Payable InternLocation: HyderabadDuration: 6 months (paid internship, with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance)Responsibilities:As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. Your responsibilities include:- Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.- Ensuring all invoices are properly authorized and approved.- Reconciling vendor statements and addressing discrepancies.- Communicating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.- Maintaining up-to-date records of invoices and vendor information.- Preparing and processing check runs while adhering to company policies.- Responding to vendor inquiries with professionalism.- Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.- Providing supporting documentation for audits.- Taking on other duties as assigned to support the finance team.Qualifications:We’re looking for a candidate with the following:- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (or final-year students).- A strong interest in Accounts Payable or related financial roles.- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when neededWhy Join Us?- Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization dedicated to renewable energy.- Work remotely, offering flexibility and work-life 8balance.- Fixed stipend for INR 18,000-time role based on performance.- Potential opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.
