Social Media Account Manager

, you’ll act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their goals and translating them into impactful social media campaigns. You’ll not only execute creative strategies but also ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the

primary point of contact

for clients, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.Develop and implement

social media strategies

aligned with client goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, or engagement).Create and optimize engaging

social media and web content

tailored to the client’s audience.Collaborate with internal teams, including designers, content creators, and strategists, to deliver outstanding campaigns.Present social media strategies, updates, and reports to clients, explaining progress and results.Monitor and analyze

campaign performance

using social media analytics tools, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platforms, and tools to deliver innovative strategies to clients.Handle day-to-day client queries and ensure seamless communication between clients and the team.

What We’re Looking For

1 - 4 years of experience

in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage client relationships effectively.Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and trends in the digital world.Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, or Buffer).Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
