Conduct monthly health checks on IT infrastructure and submit reports to customers. Ensure compliance with security standards and operational best practices . 3. Office 365 & Security Compliance Oversee Microsoft Office 365 tenant operations and escalate issues to Microsoft support when required. Support vulnerability management, security compliance, and disaster recovery planning . 4. IT Project Management & Reporting Lead IT infrastructure projects , including system installations, GPO deployments, and ERP web security management . Prepare and submit monthly service desk, storage, and print reports . Assist in tape backup operations and provide after-hours support as needed .
