Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the backend development team, design scalable architecture, and build high-performance applications using You will play a key role in mentoring developers, setting coding standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers in building scalable and secure backend systems.
Design and implement microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
Review code and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
Manage development timelines and ensure timely delivery of features.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

Nice-to-have skills

Experience with TypeScript.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of serverless architecture is a plus.

Qualifications

8+ years of backend development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and
Experience with , NestJS or similar frameworks.
Proficient in designing APIs and working with REST/GraphQL.
Solid understanding of databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
