Our products include IoT training kits, industrial-grade sensors, and educational STEM kits designed to inspire innovation among students, educators, and industries. We are looking for a dynamic and confident Female Telecaller to join our sales team and help drive awareness and sales of our STEM learning and IoT product range. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to schools, colleges, training centers, and distributors to promote STEM kits and IoT devices. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers in a clear and engaging manner. Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with lead details and follow-up actions. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to schedule product demos and meetings. Handle inbound queries regarding product specifications, orders, and pricing. Follow up with potential leads, convert them into confirmed sales, and achieve monthly targets. Provide customer feedback to the management team for improving product quality and sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Graduate (any stream); B.A/ B.Tech or B.Sc. in Science/Engineering background preferred. Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer relations (education or tech product domain preferred). Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, Hindi, and Bengali (additional languages are a plus). Strong communication and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic, target-oriented, and self-motivated individual.
