Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations with a strong focus on trailer logistics. The role involves bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoice management, and financial reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency in accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and account entries in Tally.
• Handle raw material records: book vs. actual weight adjustment (based on moisture calculation).
• Calculate incentives and penalties for drivers and helpers; reconcile salary accounts.
• Manage diesel and urea consumption reconciliation and account entries.
• Reconcile trip-wise accounts and expenses (Diesel, Urea, Toll, Salary, Trip Expenses, Repair & Maintenance) for GFA and HASP shipments.
• Generate transportation invoices and ensure timely collection.
• Ensure timely payment of store purchases (except diesel) and repair & maintenance expenses.
• Prepare data for monthly Profit & Loss reporting.
• Oversee directors residence cash expense accounts.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
• Analytical ability for reconciliations and reporting.
• Good understanding of logistics/trailer accounting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in logistics or manufacturing.
