Shift - Working -11AM -8:00PM

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible to manage end to end process delivery for HR Helpdesk Team and Manage day to day employee queries.
  2. Should be graduate in any stream.
  3. Should be well versed in computer knowledge -MS Office.
  4. Good Communication Skills
  5. Should be comfortable in Voice and Email process. Voice is mandate. Person should be comfortable in blended process.
  6. Should be staying in TP Hiring Zone.
  7. HR Knowledge will be added advantage though not mandatory.
  8. Process works all 7 days 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM IST- Shift duration is 9 hours with rostered week offs.
  9. Person needs to work 6 Days with rostered shifts and week offs.
  10. Responsible to ensure meeting client TAT, SLAs and KPIs
  11. Responsible to ensure Email Completion for 24 hours and 48 hours
  12. Responsible to provide delivery with Zero escalations.
  13. Come up with ideas to improvise the processes.
  14. Overall accountability to achieve process SLAs/KPIs for both TAT and Accuracy.
  15. Cohesive work environment to ensure bonding among team members.
  16. Maintaining positive environment on the floor.
  17. No leaves during the training and no long leaves in first 6 months.
  18. Training -Roster off -Can work on Sunday
