Salary :-
18 to 20K CTC

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per sales and customer schedules.
- Monitor loading/unloading activities to avoid damages and ensure accuracy.
- Maintain proper stock records and update ERP/software systems.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and transporters for smooth operations.
- Check and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct periodic stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Implement and follow safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards in the warehouse.
- Manage a small team of warehouse assistants, loaders, and helpers.
- Report daily dispatch and stock status to management.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of warehouse management and dispatch processes.
- Basic understanding of ERP / Inventory management software.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/dispatch in a manufacturing setup.
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, ERP knowledge preferred).
