About the Role: The Finance Manager is responsible for the company’s financial strategy, planning and day-to-day operations ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Responsibilities: Financial strategy & Planning - Create and manage budgets for operational needs and forecast future financial performance. Operations and Management - Monitor and manage the company’s cashflow and capital allocation to maintain solvency and support growth. Produce accurate and timely financial reports and dashboards for internal teams, stakeholders, and investors. Fundraising and Investor Relations - Lead or support fundraising efforts, develop fundraising materials and negotiate with investors, present financial reports. Compliance and Risk - Ensure the company complies with all applicable tax, legal, and regulatory requirements. Identify risks & implement mitigation strategies. Manage audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Legal Assets and IPs – Manage work of patent, trademark copyrights certifications and compliance. Others – Involvement in corporate legal, restructuring, company board formation, ESOPs management etc. Qualifications: Charted Accountant with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills A growth mindset is crucial, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment
