Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of O9 planning solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective O9 solutions.
  • Customize O9 modules for supply chain planning, demand planning, inventory optimization, and control tower management.
  • Integrate O9 Solutions with other enterprise systems using APIs and data integration tools.
  • Conduct data analysis and provide insights to optimize business processes.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and resolve issues during implementation.
  • Provide training and workshops for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Document solution designs, configurations, and project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of overall experience, with 3+ years in O9 Solutions implementation.
  • Strong expertise in O9 configuration, customization, and optimization.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain planning, demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and control tower concepts.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and integration.
  • Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and API development.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in conducting training, workshops, and solution presentations.
