Quality Control Executive
to join our team at our
Bhiwandi and Mahim
facilities. If you have a keen eye for quality and a strong background in food safety, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raw Material Inspection: Conduct checks on incoming raw materials and packaging materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • In-Process Quality Monitoring: Perform online process monitoring during production to maintain product consistency and safety.
  • Product Testing: Carry out routine physical, chemical, and organoleptic testing of finished goods and in-process samples. Documentation & Records: Maintain accurate daily quality check records, batch reports, and regulatory documents.
  • GMP & Hygiene Checks: Monitor adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, hygiene standards, and SOP compliance across the facility.
  • Non-Conformance Handling: Identify, document, and assist in corrective actions for any quality deviations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve processes and enhance quality.

Candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in QC/QA in the food industry Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines and food safety management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
