Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning:Develop and implement short- and long-range operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, motivate, and manage operations staff, providing feedback and professional development to ensure high performance.
  • Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement, design, and implement new processes and procedures to streamline operations and resolve issues.
  • Budget Management:Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial success and responsible resource allocation.
  • Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyze operational data and reports to track key metrics and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Compliance & Risk:Ensure that all operations adhere to company policies, internal standards, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Cross-Departmental Coordination:Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure seamless integration of business activities.

  • Leadership and Management:Strong ability to lead teams, delegate tasks, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Strategic Thinking:Capacity to align operational goals with overall company objectives and provide strategic advice to senior management.
  • Problem-Solving:Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational bottlenecks and challenges.
  • Financial Acumen:Experience in developing and managing budgets and financial plans.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, management, and other stakeholders.
  • End to end coordinating with bankers on cases
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
  • Monitor and analyze operations performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Having strong experience with banking sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
