Lead Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7+ years of experience in React.Js, Node.Js & Express.js.
Lead Responsibilities: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to developers.Train and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to the team's growth.Ensure the team follows best practices, coding standards, and project requirements.
Develop and maintain web applications: Utilize React JS for front-end development and Express JS for back-end development to create responsive and efficient web applications.
Design and implement UI components: Use Ant Design (AntD) to build intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Database management: Design, implement, and maintain database schemas using MySQL and PostgreSQL.
API development and integration: Develop RESTful APIs to support front-end functionalities and ensure seamless data flow between client and server.
Code quality and best practices: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and debug: Identify and resolve issues in both front-end and back-end components to ensure smooth application performance.
Stay updated with industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in full stack development to continuously improve skills and contribute to the team.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
7+ years of professional experience in React.Js, Node.Js, & Express.Js
Proven Experience leading teams or projects in Full Stack Developer
Strong proficiency in React JS and Express JS.
Experience with Ant Design (AntD) for UI development.
Hands-on experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
Skills:
Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
