The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing application development, deployment, and performance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. Requirements Experience: A minimum of 15-20 years of experience in application management or program management, with a focus on software development and delivery. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred. Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience with application development tools and platforms. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and team members. Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and risk management. Performance Metrics: Experience in defining and tracking application performance metrics to ensure optimal user experience. Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets and provide cost-effective solutions for application services. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges in application performance and management. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities and stakeholder engagements.
