The Deputy General Manager for Production will lead the assembly and Testing teams in the production of RF subsystems and satellite communication products. This role requires a deep understanding of electronic manufacturing processes and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, performance, reliability, and compliance with industry regulations.


  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment, preferably in RF subsystems and satcom communication products with good understanding of production processes.
  • Extensive experience in testing of RF subsystems and satcom products, with a strong understanding of Environmental (JSS55555), EMI/EMC (MIL-STD-461 D/F) and latest QMS standards.
  • Familiarity with RF and digital test equipment’s.
  • Good knowledge of DIP and SMT assembly processes and inspection protocols.
  • Should have problem-solving skills in production processes.
  • Manage the shop floor operations Viz. allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production output.
  • Understand the laid down testing procedures for all products, ensuring that they comply with technical specifications and standards.
  • Generating regular reports on production metrics and project status to senior management to track departmental progress.
  • Identifying training needs and providing on-the-job training to departmental personnel.
  • Develop and enforce strict quality control protocols to minimize defects and ensure reliability of the final products.
  • Work closely with Inspection agencies / QA teams to understand their needs and ensure that the production output meets their expectations.
  • Drafting and implementation of production documents such as work instructions / Safety procedures / 5S standards.

Good communication and interpersonal skills, Speaking in Telugu is desirable.
