
PPC Executieve Google Ads

We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PPC, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization to maximize ROI and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to ensure precise targeting.
- Manage bidding strategies (Manual & Automated) to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.
- Design and test ad creatives, ad copies, and landing pages in coordination with the creative/content team.
- Perform A/B testing on ads, keywords, and audience targeting to improve CTR, CPC, and overall performance.
- Continuously track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Optimize campaigns to reduce CPA (Cost per Acquisition) while maintaining high lead quality.
- Monitor conversion tracking and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, AI-driven ad solutions, and digital marketing trends.
- Prepare and share weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for business growth.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads campaign management.
- Proven experience in lead generation & performance marketing.
- Strong knowledge of bidding strategies, campaign optimization, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- (Preferred) Google Ads / Meta Certification.
