Duties and Responsibilities:

Technical & Professional Competence:

  • Familiarity with compliance, ethics, or risk management concepts (training will be provided if required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with compliance platforms (e.g., One Trust, Salesforce, training portals) preferred.
  • Ability to draft, proofread, and coordinate compliance communications, reports, and training updates.

Behavioral Competencies:

  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion when handling sensitive compliance data.
  • Self-driven with a proactive mindset to support daily compliance operations without close supervision.
  • Flexible, adaptive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced global environment

Required Core Skills:

  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with ability to engage effectively across regions and cultures.
  • Excellent people skills – approachable, collaborative, and able to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams and compliance champions.
  • Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in reviewing reports, disclosures, and documentation

Qualifications Required

  • Master's degree in any stream.
  • Training /Teaching certificates
