The ideal candidatewill play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and supporting the organization’s growth through effective people management.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with organizational goalsMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirementsSupport employee engagement initiatives to promote a healthy and positive work environmentHandle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalismConduct performance reviews and assist department heads in talent management and succession planningCoordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performancePrepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards for management reviewFoster transparent communication and act as a bridge between management and employees.Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employment lawsProficiency in MS Office and HR management softwareAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive informationPositive attitude, emotional intelligence, and a team-oriented mindsetQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldProfessional certifications (such as SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) will be an added advantageWhy Join Us:Opportunity to work in a supportive and growth-oriented environmentExposure to diverse HR functions and continuous professional developmentA culture that values innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being
