Job Overview


As a Business Development Associate at Kookar, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing and scaling Kookar's customer engagement initiatives. You will work across customer onboarding, operations optimization, and process improvements to ensure seamless delivery of Kookar's services. Your efforts will focus on building efficient workflows, supporting customers, and driving operational excellence to enhance their overall experience.


Key Responsibilities


Customer Onboarding & Engagement

  • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they fully understand and adopt Kookar's meal solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to customize services that best meet their household needs.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and queries.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Work closely with the operations team to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the service delivery process.
  • Use customer feedback and data insights to propose and implement workflow improvements.
  • Monitor and streamline daily processes to ensure efficient delivery of meals and reduced wastage.

Data-Driven Insights & Reporting

  • Analyze customer consumption trends and operational metrics to identify patterns and opportunities for optimization.
  • Prepare regular reports to track key operational KPIs and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Implement data-driven strategies for enhancing operational efficiency.

Collaboration with Teams

  • Partner with the marketing and product teams to incorporate customer feedback into service enhancements.
  • Contribute to designing innovative operational workflows to improve scalability and customer satisfaction.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or customer success roles, preferably in consumer-focused industries like food, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with a focus on operational efficiency.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
