Job Description – S&ME Corporate SalesLocation – GurgaonExperience – 2-5 Years of experienceWhat we are looking for in a candidate:Meeting with customers and assessing their Insurance requirements, capture keydemographics and present them with viable proposals.Network and engage with CFO/HR heads and other key decision-makers in thecompany.Develop, maintain and retain excellent relationship with clients.Develop a good understanding and mapping of the clients / market.Achieve revenue targets.Monitor competition, identify industry benchmarks and implement best practicesExperience of team handling in Insurance/ any sector.Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a servicebackground.Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation andPSU clients.Desired Skills and Experience-Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 2 to 7 years) in Insurance BrokingUniversity degree with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.MBA from a reputed B - School
