ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for the entire project life cycle including shop drawings approvals,
procurement follow-ups, execution and testing & commissioning.
 Work closely with Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed within
timelines.
 Responsible for vetting all shop drawings & facilitating in approvals from
consultants.
 Ensure all dependencies are planned well in advance with the project manager &
provide full support to the C&I team.
 Interfaces directly with client keeping project manager in confidence for all project related aspects.
 Support & facilitate project manager with inputs for all weekly meetings.
 Ensure all documentation as per company standards are followed for all trade
packages starting from installation checklist, material inspection reports, EHS,
labelling/tagging & all inspection reports.
 Responsible for handing over documentation for all trade packages & project close-out.
Important to know:
 Project Manager, No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
 Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to co-workers.
 May lead project teams and/or plan and supervise assignments of lower-level
employees.
 Manages 3rd party project delivery resources/team. Responsible for identifying
training needs, tracking performance, coaching, and motivating team members.
 Scope: Decisions made with thorough understanding of procedures, company
policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines.
Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may
cause short-term impact to department
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
 Education: Bachelor's degree (B.E Civil/Mechanical) or higher from a university in a
relevant area of study.
 Reasoning Ability: Ability to comprehend, analyse, and interpret complex documents.
Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires advanced
analytical and quantitative skills
 Other skills: Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read and understand
architectural drawings. Knowledge in MS Project, leases, contracts, and construction practices a must
