Role : Senior Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities :

Visual Design Creation :

- Conceptualize, design, and refine captivating visual designs for our mobile applications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, user needs, and industry best practices.

Visual Strategy Development :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive visual strategy that enhances user engagement, brand recognition, and overall user experience.

Graphic Design and Interaction :

- Create compelling graphics, intuitive interactions, and visually appealing icons that elevate the usability and aesthetics of our apps.

Design Systems and Guidelines :

- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and design principles to streamline the design process, promote consistency, and facilitate collaboration across teams.

Process Improvement :

- Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize design workflows, tools, and processes to maximize efficiency and ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.

Team Leadership and Collaboration :

- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling visual solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual design, with a focus on mobile applications.

- Proven track record of creating visually stunning and user-centric designs for mobile apps, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.

- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design principles.

- Experience in developing and maintaining design systems, style guides, and design documentation.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
