Job Title : Merchandiser – Exports (Decorative Lighting & Luxury Art Pieces)

Location : Noida / Moradabad (Full-Time, Office Role)

Salary : ₹4-6 Lacs per annum

As we aim to expand our exports business, we are looking for an experienced Merchandiser  who will play a pivotal role in positioning us as a supplier of choice for international buyers and agencies. Manufacturing setup is in Moradabad.

Intent of the Role :

The primary focus of this role is to drive our export business by building strong connections with buying houses, agencies, and international buyers. The Merchandiser will be responsible for creating opportunities to grow our footprint in global markets and ensuring our products are seen as top-tier offerings in the decorative lighting and luxury art segments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Buyer Connections : Develop and maintain relationships with key buying houses and agencies in India to promote our products to international markets.
• Direct Buyer Engagement : Approach and engage directly with international buyers, positioning our company as the go-to supplier for high-end decorative lighting and luxury art pieces.
• Market Research : Conduct thorough research on market trends, customer preferences, and competition in the global arena to ensure our product offerings meet buyer expectations.
• Sales & Business Development : Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify opportunities for export and drive business growth in the decorative lighting and luxury art segments.
• Product Presentation : Effectively present our products to buyers, showcasing our capabilities and product uniqueness, ensuring a competitive edge in the global marketplace.
• Strategic Positioning : Position the company as a leading exporter by leveraging connections, building strong buyer relationships, and ensuring our brand stands out in the international markets.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 7 years of experience  in merchandising, preferably in exports of decorative lighting, luxury art, or related industries.
• Proven experience in connecting with buying houses, agencies, and international buyers.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to drive international sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building lasting buyer relationships.
• Knowledge of global market trends and buyer preferences in decorative lighting and art is a plus.
