We have established Roundglass Giving, which encompasses various social impact initiatives like the Roundglass Foundation, Roundglass Sports, and Roundglass Sustain. These initiatives are dedicated to promoting wellbeing for communities and the planet.
Roundglass Foundation is pursuing a bold vision to bring abundance and prosperity back to the state of Punjab in India through philanthropic initiatives supporting under- served rural and urban communities. Since our founding in 2018, we have been engaged in a wide range of far-reaching projects, directly involving village communities in building opportunity and sustainable development in the region. Our Model Village and Model City initiatives have impacted the lives of 1,724,000 local people in over 1724 unique villages across the state through projects in pillars of: Sustain Punjab, Learn Punjab (Education and Sports), Her Punjab (Women’s Initiatives) and Relief.
What you’ll do:Work with Initiative Leads and Program managers to fully understand the various business metrics and KPIs and finetune existing databases or create new ones to make measurement, reporting and evaluation more effective.Coordinate with different stakeholders, internal as well as external, to regularly gather information on various business metricsGenerate and share periodic MIS reports, data analytics, draft presentation and summary documents / reports as needed in an accurate and timely fashionPeriodic and need-based due diligence of data and metrics to ensure precise and accuratedata availabilityDrive continual improvement by providing recommendations to improve reporting efficiency and efficacyDeploying analytics solutions and augment tracking of business outcomesProvide sound analyses to support proposals and generate reports as neededPut in place strong sense-checks including maker-checker touchpoints to generate accurate and authentic reportsIdentify the opportunities of automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using advanced formulae, Macros, other techniquesVendor management like processing invoices and follow upsTravel to the villages / on-ground locations to gather business insights as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and fieldCandidate must have sound practical knowledge and experience in MIS and Data ManagementProficient in MS Office and Google suite with special emphasis on MS Excel (Familiarity with SQL, VBA and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI etc. is a plus)An excellent and confident communicator with proficiency in Punjabi, English, and Hindi. Ability to read, write, and type Punjabi would be a big plusShould be able to make impactful reports and presentationsAbility to correctly understand and gather requirements to convert them into meaningful data and reportsEye for details with a penchant for number crunching and analyticsAbility to work in a challenging, fast paced, results-oriented environment under minimal supervisionAble to prioritize and focus on results and deliveryAble to collaborate with and adapt to multi-cultural working environment and with diverse internal / external stakeholdersAble and ready to commute to and/or stay in villages.
