We are now looking for a
Founder's Office professional
to work directly with the Founders and manage the end-to-end functioning of the company.
Role: Founder's Office (Business Operations & Strategy)

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across VA services, Academy, and Consultancy.
- Ensure SOPs, compliance, and quality benchmarks are maintained.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Training).
Strategic Execution & Planning
- Convert Founder's vision into clear roadmaps and ensure execution.
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and highlight growth opportunities.
- Support in business planning, client expansion, and new initiatives.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise teams, monitor deliverables, and resolve escalations.
- Ensure smooth workflow, accountability, and productivity.
- Act as the communication bridge between Founders and departments.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Assist in managing key clients, partnerships, and investor conversations.
- Represent Founders in meetings whenever required.
Special Projects
- Support in new product launches, process automation, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive efficiency improvements and innovation across departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Up to 5 years of experience in
Operations / Strategy / Business Management
. - Strong background in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional execution.
- Exposure to
service-based businesses (BPO, EdTech, Consulting, SaaS, or VA services)
preferred. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working in a
fast-paced startup environment
. - Based in or willing to relocate to
Faridabad
for an in-office role.
