Position Overview:

The Government Panel Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and expanding the hospital's relationships with government healthcare schemes, empaneled agencies, and related organizations. This role includes promoting the hospital's services, ensuring compliance with government panel requirements, and driving patient volume through these partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Government Empanelment Management:

Liaise with government agencies such as CGHS, ECHS, ESIC, Ayushman Bharat, and other state-specific health schemes.

Ensure timely submission of documents for empanelment and compliance with scheme guidelines.

Manage the renewal process for empaneled schemes and agreements.


2. Marketing and Outreach:

Promote the hospital’s services to empaneled organizations and government beneficiaries.

Conduct awareness programs, camps, and workshops for government officials and scheme beneficiaries.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract patients under these panels.


3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, scheme coordinators, and TPAs associated with these panels.

Serve as the primary point of contact for any queries or issues related to government panels.


4. Revenue and Patient Volume Growth:

Drive patient referrals under empaneled schemes to achieve revenue targets.

Monitor and analyze patient volume trends to identify opportunities for growth.


Qualifications:

Any graduate / undergraduate


Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing or liaison roles within the healthcare sector.

Experience in handling government healthcare schemes is a strong advantage.


Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of government healthcare schemes and panel processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
