Job Title: Power BI Developer with TableauLocation: Remote (India)Job Type: 6 Months contractAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer with Tableau expertise to design, develop, and maintain advanced business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, analytics, and reporting, and will be responsible for transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Create data models, DAX measures, and calculated fields to optimize report performance and accuracy.- Integrate data from various sources (SQL Server, Azure, Excel, SharePoint, APIs, etc.) into Power BI/Tableau.- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.- Implement security and access control for reports and dashboards.- Automate data refresh schedules and manage BI deployments.- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for BI reports and queries.- Support business teams with ad-hoc analysis and self-service BI capabilities.- Stay current with the latest BI tools, trends, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in BI development using Power BI and Tableau.- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.- Experience with DAX, Power Query (M language), and Tableau calculations.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Experience integrating BI tools with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) is a plus.- Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Azure DevOps) and Agile methodologies preferred.
