As we expand our business intelligence capabilities, we are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with 5yrs experience to join our team.Scope Of WorkWe are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer with a strong background in Finance/Commercial Business Intelligence (BI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, including a deep understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), as well as experience working on BI projects within the finance or commercial domains. You will be responsible for building advanced BI solutions, performing data modelling, and creating insightful dashboards and reports to help our business stakeholders make data-driven decisions.Job Description :About the RoleWe are looking for an experiencedCommercial and Finance Dashboard Specialistto design, develop, and optimize dashboards that drive insights into financial and commercial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of business metrics, and a problem-solving mindset to turn data into actionable intelligence.Key ResponsibilitiesDashboard Development & Maintenance:Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools likePower BI ,Tableau , or similar platforms.Implement best practices fordirect queryandimport modes , ensuring scalability and performance.Optimize dashboards for large datasets to provide seamless user experiences.Data Transformation & Modelling:Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) operations using tools likePower Queryor custom SQL queries.Create and maintain relationships between disparate data sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Handle complexDAX queriesfor custom calculations and advanced analytics.Business Analysis & Reporting:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand commercial and financial requirements.Develop KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals to enable data-driven decision-making.Provide insights into trends, performance, and anomalies through advanced visuals and reports.Performance Optimization:Address issues like slow report loading or refresh delays by troubleshooting data models and queries.Handle challenges such asmany-to-many relationshipsand missing data records efficiently.Integration & Collaboration:Integrate dashboards with CRMs, ERPs (e.g., SAP), and other enterprise systems.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and alignment of reports.Documentation & Support:Maintain comprehensive documentation for dashboards, queries, and workflows.Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of dashboards.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Proficiency inPower BI ,Tableau , or other visualization tools.Strong knowledge ofDAX ,Power Query , andSQL .Familiarity with CRM and ERP integrations (e.g., SAP).Why Join Us?Work in a collaborative, high-impact environment with a focus on innovation.Opportunity to build sophisticated BI solutions that drive key business decisions.Competitive salary and benefits package.Professional growth opportunities in BI, analytics, and finance.
