  • Review and verify the accuracy of student visa applications and supporting documents, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the respective countries (UK, Canada, USA, and Ireland).
  • Handle online submission portals (e.g., VFS, GC Key, IRCC, UKVI, SEVIS, etc.) for visa applications and biometrics appointments.
  • Verify employment records (where applicable) for Ireland visa applicants in collaboration with background verification partners.
  • Provide clear guidance to students on visa application procedures, including country-specific processes and timelines.
  • Act as a liaison between students, internal teams (counsellors, admission officers), and external stakeholders (embassies, consulates, VFS centres).
  • Stay updated on the latest visa policies, regulations, and country-specific updates to provide accurate information to students.
  • Maintain a detailed record of all visa filings, status updates, and student interactions in the internal CRM system.
  • Train junior visa officers or team members as required.
  • Address queries from students and counsellors regarding rejections, additional documentation requirements, or interview preparation.
  • Assist with appeals and re-submissions for refused visa cases, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Take accountability for assigned cases, ensuring no errors or omissions in the process.

Required Skills & Qualification

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in study visa processing
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Australia, USA, New Zealand & Canada study visa filing will be an added advantage apart from United Kingdom.
  • Ability to explain complex visa requirements to students and address their queries effectively.
  • Should be able to manage and process visa files per intake without compromising on quality of work.
  • Strong ability to adhere to deadlines, especially during peak visa seasons.
  • Building trust and rapport with students to ensure a smooth application process.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, ticketing systems, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, JIRA).
