Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI Act and Recovery of Debt & Bankruptcy Act (RDB Act).

Its expertise is in handling IBC Litigation during the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

(CIRP) and liquidation Process. This includes representation before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme

Court, DRT and DRAT.

The firm is actively assisting Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Financial Institutions across

India and has been the leading firm in legal domain.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Legal professional having domain knowledge in IBC/SARFESI

litigation. The ideal candidate will manage a diverse caseload of IBC matters from inception

through resolution, including client interaction, legal research, drafting pleadings, engaging in

discovery, settlement negotiations, and courtroom litigation.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal briefs
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis and strategy.
  • Represent clients in litigation matters.
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal analysis and strategy
  • Represent client/firm before the Courts.

Skills required

  • Graduate of law from an accredited law school
  • 3-4+ years of IBC litigation experience (preferred)
  • Strong oral and written advocacy
  • Ability to manage multiple cases at the same time
