Our MCUs feature high-power density, overload capacity, and compatibility with various position sensors and other capabilities. We provide robust and flexible performance in harsh environments with agile engineering support, hardware, software, and CAN customization in India.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Team Lead for the Motor Controller Unit at our Faridabad location. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development, integration, and performance of Motor Controller Units (MCUs). Daily tasks include managing a team of engineers, coordinating project timelines, ensuring quality control, and providing technical support. The role requires on-site presence to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver high-performance MCU solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Motor Controller Units (MCUs) development, integration, and testing
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics, Embedded Systems, and EV power-train technologies
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Proficient in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving MCU-related issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or EV industry is a plus
