Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management:Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.Ensure the seamless integration of Big Data, Cloud Technologies, and .Net solutions within projects.Account Management & Business Development:Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for additional services.Actively contribute to business development efforts, including presales activities.Technical Leadership:Provide expert technical guidance on system architecture and design, particularly in Big Data, Cloud Technologies, and .Net.Ensure that technical solutions are aligned with client requirements and industry best practices.Client Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a deep understanding of their objectives.Manage client expectations and satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.15-20 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Financial Markets.Proven experience in Delivery Management, Account Management, Business Development, and Presales.Strong technical background in Big Data, Cloud Technologies, and .Net.Experience in functional architecture and product management.Experience in Change Management within Investment Banks is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana).
