Job Title: Interior Design Project Management

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as an Interior

Design Site Supervisor and Management professional. The successful candidate will play a

crucial role in overseeing and managing the execution of interior design projects, ensuring

quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

● Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource

allocation.

● Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless

project execution.

On-Site Supervision:

● Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design

specifications and quality standards.

● Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and

implement solutions promptly.

Quality Control:

● Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout the project

lifecycle.

● Conduct inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet established

standards.

Client Interaction:

● Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the construction phase.

● Provide regular project updates and address any client concerns or requests

promptly.

Team Leadership:

● Supervise and lead on-site teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working

environment.

● Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure efficient project

execution.

Budget Management:

● Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.

● Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Problem Solving:

● Proactively identify and address challenges that may arise during the

construction phase.

● Collaborate with the design team to find creative solutions to design and

construction issues.

Documentation:

● Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress

reports, change orders, and communication logs.

Safety Compliance:

● Ensure all on-site activities comply with safety regulations and industry

standards.

● Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related

field.

● Proven experience as a site supervisor or project manager in the interior design or

construction industry.

● Strong knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials.

● Excellent leadership and communication skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
