Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Kids Associate to join our team. In this role, youll engage with children and their families to create a safe, welcoming, and fun environment. Youll assist with activities, guide children through play areas or learning experiences, and help maintain a clean and organized space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet children and parents warmly upon arrival and assist them throughout their visit.
  • Supervise and interact with children during play, learning, or activity sessions.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children by enforcing safety rules and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing and facilitating games, activities, workshops, or events.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of play or activity areas.
  • Answer parent or guardian questions, providing friendly and helpful service.
  • Monitor child check-in/check-out processes (if applicable)
  • Help with stocking supplies, setting up areas, and basic cleaning duties.
  • Report any safety hazards, behavioral concerns, or incidents to supervisors immediately.
  • Assist with birthday parties, group bookings, or special events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with children (in retail, education, daycare, or similar setting) is preferred.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and patient demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stay alert, responsible, and engaged while supervising children
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical duties (lifting up to 25 lbs).
  • First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
