If you're seeking a dynamic environment where your contributions matter, Weekday AI is the perfect place for you Requirements Why You Should Join Us:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Intern to join our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for managing interview scheduling between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients across time zones. Communicate interview details clearly — including timings, links, and panel information — to all parties involved. Proactively handle rescheduling requests and update calendars promptly. Ensure all scheduling tasks assigned for the day are completed within the same day. Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on interviews scheduled, completed, and pending. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and client teams to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts efficiently. What We’re Looking For: A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail , organization, and follow-through. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Sheets, Slack, and Airtable . Prior experience in HR coordination, recruitment operations, or scheduling is a plus (not mandatory).
