About RNBGU Fundraising team
The University has been funded by the founding family for nearly a decade now. To become the most renowned and acclaimed rural University of India, we are establishing a development unit to raise funds for the University’s future ambitions. In the coming years, we are aiming to become self-sustainable with a strategically built fundraising and institution development engine.
Responsibilities
●     Optimise fundraising operations and resources to drive efficient fundraising to achieve annual targets of Development Team
●     Ensure the creation of a robust and researched database of potential major donors and institutional donor communities.
●      Consult with the development team and Head of Development to coordinate, draft, and submit tailored funding concepts and proposals.
●      Perform end to end fundraising operations of creating a funder database, creating proposals, making funder pitch, and ensuring positive conversion.
Create your own funding pipelines to achieve quarterly and annual fundraising goals of yourself that are part of the development team.
Responsible for forging relationships with Major donor
Qualifications
●     Must have a minimum of a 8 years of working experience in the development and non-profit fundraising sector with at least 5 years of work experience in direct fundraising
●     Masters degree in Business or Education or Communication or Liberal Arts
Candidate preferred to have corporate and development sector exposure from past experience
