Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Recruiter (Tech, Engineering, Non-Tech) at Olibr (3 separate positions). The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, interviewing, and technical recruiting across various sectors. The role involves identifying top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process to ensure successful placements.


Budget: Up to 6-8LPA (based on experience)


This is a 100% onsite role.


Qualifications

  • Experience in full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and interviewing
  • Excellent recruiting skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
  • Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field


Requirements

  • Domestic hiring experience required
  • 4+ Years of pure recruitment experience either in Tech, Engineering, or Non-Tech
  • Team Lead experience
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
  • Have good client connections
  • Knows how to use Naukri and other channels to source candidates
