Job Description: Sales Assistant

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fragrance Stylist. As a Fragrance Stylist, you will play a key role in helping customers discover their perfect scent by providing expert advice and a personalized shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Greet customers warmly and engage with them to understand their preferences and needs.

Product Knowledge: Guide customers through our diverse range of perfumes and fragrances, explaining the different notes, families, and product types.

Personalized Solutions: Help customers find the ideal fragrance for themselves or as a gift by offering tailored recommendations.

Sales: Actively assist customers with their purchases and ensure a smooth and pleasant checkout process.

Store Maintenance: Help maintain a clean and well-organized store environment, including restocking shelves and ensuring products are beautifully displayed.

Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are essential to engage with customers and explain product details effectively.

Customer Service Orientation: A friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine desire to help people.

Passion for Fragrance: A keen interest in perfumes and a willingness to learn about different scents and brands.

Experience:

Freshers are welcome to apply; we will provide comprehensive training.

Candidates with prior sales or customer service experience will be given preference.

Compensation:

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mylapore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
