Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delegate Acquisition specialist located in Mumbai. We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive/Manager to drive attendee registrations for our conferences, summits, expos, and award shows. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B event marketing and experience in identifying, reaching out to, and converting professionals from relevant industries into event participants.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Research and Data Management
  • Proficiency in CRM and Database software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in event planning or delegate acquisition is a plus
