Job Description :


As an integral part of our team, you are/have :

- A professional with 8 to 10+ years (depending on level) of software/web development and integration experience with a BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant areas or equivalent work experience

- Experienced in the Life Sciences industry, in particular Pharmaceuticals (preferred, but not required)

- Experienced working within a collaborative, cross-functional agency environment, particularly with QA analysts, creatives, UX and Visual designers, strategy and business analysts

- An experienced technologist in the CMS, DAM, and creative ecosystem; understand the CMS and DAM space


- Scoped, developed, and supported sites using industry


- Leading CMS and DAM solutions (AEM is one of those, Veeva Vault or Drupal maybe others)

- Working to stay current with development trends and innovative technologies

- Actively pursuing certifications to help you grow

- A mentor to fellow team members

- A valued leader helping deliver client satisfaction through innovation and execution

Responsibilities include :

- Build, lead, mentor, and encourage a team of engineers and help steer their competencies and career growth (experience dependent)

- Develop solutions with your deep understanding of digital solutions from Adobe, Dell Boomi, and Salesforce, with a focus on the digital marketing stack

- Work closely with creative teams, engineers, and leadership to bring the site vision to life while ensuring best practice solutions are implemented

- Work directly with clients' technical staff to establish relationships and become a trusted advisor

- Implement complex components, templates, and API integrations following best practices

- Translate business requirements into efficient system designs and solutions while

- Identifying project risk points and defining mitigation strategies (depending on level)
