Job Title: Amazon Performance Marketing Manager

Our mission is to promote sustainability and spread goodness through our innovative products and practices. We are seeking an experienced and driven Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager for Amazon to join our team and drive our online growth.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across for Amazon, including search, social media, display, and affiliate marketing.

- Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets on Amazon as a marketplace.

- Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and platforms.

- Use data insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to marketing strategies.

Optimization:

- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization experiments to improve campaign performance.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the ecommerce, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on goals and initiatives.

- Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Market Research:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, PPC and must be in ecommerce/ marketplaces.

- Must have worked on Amazon sponsored ads

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns with a strong ROI.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make strategic decisions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and ecommerce.
