Job Description:

Monitoring andFollow-upa. Monitor to check that companies are putting up right details of the Jobb. Monitor applications against jobs are timely acted upon and if requiredfollow up with the respective HR teams or managers of the position.c. Ensure proper and timely data sharing is happening between the groupcompanies for making offer letters and subsequent documents toonboard the employee in the hiring companyd. To give seamless support to all the HR SPOCs on real time basise. To ensure that all the processes are followed well within TATf. Collecting the sanity data and uploading the same as per TATPlatform Management& Trouble Shootinga. Interact with the platform vendor to ensure smooth functioning of theplatform and in case of any issue manage the trouble shootingb. Drive the development and upgradation of the platform with new andadditional functionalities which will be required from time to timec. Perform UAT of the new functionality before rolling them outd. Conducting market study to understand the latest features/platformsolutions available to enhance the platform furtherDashboardsa.Create monthly dashboards on the overall Group IJP platformb.Create monthly dashboard on the status and movement to be sharedwith MD & CEOExperienceManagement &Communicationa. Connect with moving employees through Group IJP process tounderstand their experience and action on any gaps or improvementopportunityb. Creating communication and marketing collaterals for the Group IJPplatform and ensure its cascaded to all employees across groupcompaniesStakeholderManagementa.Organize and conduct meetings with HR SPOC to ease out any gaps in theprocessb.Vendor management to ensure right & timely resolution to all queriesOther Initiativesa. Support other team members in operationally execute other TalentInitiativesb. To be part of the team to drive and execute other group level programsand initiativesc. Supporting in all HR Generalist initiatives & activities
